Semi-Selfie Pattern Generator
The first four stored examples of each family are checked before display or export. Later members are extrapolated from the changing digit strings and are accepted only after checking both the arithmetic and the use of the same digits (including repeated digits). Leading-zero blocks remain visible because they are part of the semi-selfie representation.
How continuation works
The generator compares the last published members, detects repeated insertions such as growing runs of 0 or 9, applies the same string transformation, and then evaluates the resulting signed digit blocks. A predicted member is accepted only when the arithmetic is exact and the digit blocks contain the same digits as the displayed number.
Beyond the paper
The paper prints four members of each family. This generator can continue a family beyond those four whenever its inferred transformation remains stable. A failed continuation is a useful boundary: it is never silently reported as a valid pattern.
